If you’re already using the Bigger Blacker Book and need help with features, bugs, or general questions, the fastest way to get support is inside the app.

 

Please use the Feedback or Support buttons found in the Settings tab. Submitting support requests through the app gives us helpful context (like your app version and device information), which lets us respond more accurately and quickly.

 

Paid members receive priority support, with responses typically within 48 hours.
